Dear Sir,
My son Saurabh Anand is 20year old.
His power in left and right eye is (-) 1.25 and vision is 6/9 (L) and 6/12(R)
He wear glasses and with glass 6/6.
His power is constant for the last one year.
Now , I would like him to be treated by Lasik/ Zyoptix for correction so that his vision is corrected 6/6.
I request you give an appointment in Shankar Netralya in 1st week of July so that I can come from Ranchi with him for treatment. He is presently studying in Pune and he will be coming in July only on holidays.
I need following details.
Date of appointment (in July'2007) and name of the concerned Dr./ contact person and his phone. no.
Lump sump Expenditure involved in treatment. acceptabilty through cash/DD/ credit card.
Roughly how manys we have to be their for check up, surgery and post check up all inclusive.
Kindly impart all the above details so that I can plan for tickets and journey, I would be highly grateful to you.
